The Santa Cruz Indian Council is an inter-tribal Non-Profit 501-(c)(3) organization composed of Native American and non-native members in the Central California region. We are dedicated to teaching respect for traditional Native American cultural values; supporting cultural enrichment opportunities that contribute to Native American identity development; advancing the quality of educational content and cultural sensitivity of educational services available to the youth of our region; and promoting cultural understanding of Native American traditions in our communities. Our Mission Statement The Santa Cruz Indian Council’s purpose is to meet the Intertribal needs of Native Americans on the Central Coast, with an emphasis on our 7th Generation (youth). We promote the empowerment, unity and healing of our community in order to preserve the traditions and values of Native Americans. Our goal is to foster an educational resource and a cultural exchange between all people, thus strengthening the sacred circle of life. |

The Santa Cruz Indian Council is now accepting donated new, or very good quality items like small appliances, household goods, artwork, and clothing for our mid-May Flea Market Sale. No large furniture items please. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, and all your donations are tax deductible. Please call Ali at (831)818-5875 to arrange for pick up. |
